For our video game market we will accept anyone selling anything to do with video games, Unless it's fake or from Temu! If it's fan art, home made, second hand, vintage or from the manufacture this isn't a problem.
If you wish to be a vendor at any of our events please fill in the box below and tell us what you will be selling and how many tables you will want.

We understand TCG is taking over, So with our gaming markets we will limit the amount of TCG vendors on a first come first served basis and this also implies to other type of vendors so we don't have too many of the same thing. We want to give everybody a good chance and not the same for the customers.

PLEASE READ:
 

Backing tables are not allowed, However display shelves are. Between the tables there will be adequate spacing so you can easily gain access to and from without invading your neighbours space.

All TCG, Plushies, accessories, toys and so on is welcomed but please, No fakes!
Any weapons or pornographic material are prohibited and will be asked to be removed, If we see them on your table again or in your hands we will ask you to leave and you will not be invited back.

This is a family friendly event and we do not want to cause harm or distress to anybody.

During the event, Our team will provide you with a range of drinks and snacks to keep you going so you don't need to quickly run and buy expensive snacks from the cafe / vending machines leaving your table unattended or short handed.

Cancellation, If we have to unfortunately cancel the event you will receive a full refund. If you can no longer attend before 30 days of the event we can move you over to the next event, A refund isn't possible within 30 days before the event.
